Welcome to our workplace. The Department of Information and Media Studies is a part of Aarhus University, situated in the IT-park “Katrinebjerg”.

To access the buildings (and your office) you need to fill out a key card form at the department administration, Wiener building, room 120.

Office supplies, computers and copying

If you need any office supplies, e.g. pencils, pens, calendars and envelopes, you can find these in the Wiener building, room 121. If you need specific office supplies, please contact Mette Schäfer Kristiansen.

Regarding computer equipment, it would be suitable if you contact the department in good time before your first working day, to sort out your needs and wishes. The university’s IT department will take care of installation of relevant software, printer setup, etc.

There is a copying machine at the administration. To receive a PIN code and access the copying machine, contact Bente Jønshøj.
