Exchange programmes
The department of Information and Media Studies has a number of exchange agreements with universities abroad. They include bilateral arrangements, agreements through the Erasmus/Socrates programme and the Scandinavian Nordplus exchange programme.
Admission
When you have gone through the application process at your home university and have been selected to be an exchange student at the Aarhus University you’ll also need to fill out the Aarhus University online application.
Courses
Each semester the department offers a range of master’s courses taught in English. These courses are open to the (international as well as Danish) students at the department. If the courses are not filled by the department’s own students they will be open for students from other departments at the AU, single-course students and guest students. You can find more information about the courses in the AU course catalogue.
When following the link above you'll get directly to the courses offered by Media Studies. However courses from Information Studies and Digital Design might be interesting for you as well.
Pre-semester language and culture course
Destination DK is a two week long pre-semester language and culture course held every August. The course is arranged by the International Centre. For further information please go to http://www.au.dk/en/exchange/learndanish/presemesterlanguagecourse/.
